Art Rental

The process includes space evaluation, contract signing, artwork selection, quotation confirmation, and logistics. Based on experience, this takes at least 1.5 to 2 months, so early planning is recommended.

 

Unfortunately, due to the variable nature of private residences, Art Bank does not currently accept individual (natural person) applications. All rental requests must come from registered organizations such as institutions, galleries, schools, associations, or companies.

We can adjust the rent duration to meet your needs. However, in accordance with Art Bank regulations, the minimum rent term is 3 months and the maximum is 1 year.Even if the artwork is used for a shorter time, the full 3-month rental fee still applies.

The agreement simply establishes your working relationship with Art Bank. It does not obligate you to rentartworks or rotate exhibitions during the contract period.

To save time and reduce administrative paperwork, we recommend signing a longer-term agreement of 3 to 5 years. This way, if you need rental services in the future, you won’t have to sign a new contract each time—making the process much more efficient.

The agreement simply gives you the option to rent during its term. There’s no penalty or extra charge if you don’t make use of the service.

Artworks must be displayed indoors under stable conditions, protected from excess sunlight, and ideally in spaces with air conditioning, supervision, or surveillance for added security.
