LIN Yi-Chun uses the time snapshot concept to condense various emotions and moments experienced in life into a multi-colored kaleidoscopic composition. Wonderful Moment-57 is a brilliantly colored artwork of triangular shapes of different colors and sizes stacked upon each other in a random and disorderly manner and densities to build a visual rhythm. The broken geometric assemblage reminds viewers of paper cutting games while the brightly colored art provides an enjoyable visual sensation. LIN Yi-Chun translates information received by external senses into a prancing yet shattered composition linked to memories and imaginations of infinite possibilities.
