CHEN I-Chun employs video art, experimental animated images, interactive art, composite media, and painting in creation, to convey personal and unreal experiences, and try to speak to society. A Child Walking in a Maze is the footage of the perfomances at Linz Ars Electronica 2017 in Austria and CLICK Festival 2018 in Denmark. The female dancer in white and red implies the boundary between life and death. It was a girl who picked a weapon to fight during the war, ended up dead, and kept fighting even after she had become a ghost. This work uses 3D ruined street scenes and authentic war clips to express the ruthlessness and cruelty of war through the fear of the protagonist.
