作品賞析

SU Tsu-Han often uses transparent model sculpture for the basis, showing the urban landscape observed with her eyes and telling the relationship between the city and people. In the work, Security Park, she creates a world of strangely distributed space, which is divided above and below the sea level. Above the sea level, people are playing on the swings. Below the sea level, there is a world with a dinosaur. In this strange little space, people close themselves off, following the repeated order of life to satisfy themselves with a sense of security. The squared and sharp hard-edged shape of the work creates a space that can only fit oneself, reflecting and presenting the alienation between people and their space.
