SU Tsu-Han often uses transparent model sculpture for the basis, showing the urban landscape observed with her eyes and telling the relationship between the city and people. In the work, Interior Trees, she creates a space of imagination and fiction, which is divided above and below the sea level. In this strange little space, people close themselves off, following the repeated order of life to satisfy themselves with a sense of security. However, the transparent space unveils their lives. The squared and sharp hard-edged shape of the work creates a space that can only fit oneself, reflecting and presenting the alienation between people and their space.
