WANG Chien-Yang uses nude models in place of actual characters in order to convey the state of innocence and freedom. Fun and virtual environments are used to lead viewers into an imaginary and surreal world. The resulting photographs and sceneries inspire fantasies that are related to the otaku culture. Fantasy Toy Cabinet is a blissful party world of toys, balloons, and brilliant colors. A shorthaired girl sits naked in the cabinet while being surrounded by other toys, making her one of them as well.
