LIN Yu-Wen transforms material-based languages by injecting emotions into colors and textures in an attempt to release confused thoughts through brushwork. Nothing.Everything (2) is composed of a background of blue and yellow patches to mix warm and cool color tones. Black lines and dots are randomly added to reflect inner conflict and suppressed thoughts. A brilliantly colored red patch in the middle serves as the visual focus, subtly conveying a powerful feeling that seeks to escape from its concealment.
