作品賞析

LIN Yu-Wen transforms material-based languages and injects emotions within colors and textures to portray confused thoughts that become increasingly clear with the flowing time. Unknown (3) is composed of overlapping colors that create an abstract and multi-layered composition. Large, semi-transparent, and black colored patches act as thin, light veils that cover the entire artwork. Patches of color rich in textures can be seen under the veil, achieving a sense of subsumed mystery while adding to the poetic and emotional nature of the entire composition.
