CHIU Chin-Ting uses natural plants as targets and carries out micro-observation or takes pictures from unique angles using his camera. This method makes the things that we are originally familiar with to gradually become strange. This strange visual perception is then, under the artist’s clever composition and arrangement of perspectives, turned into a unique visual aesthetics through artistic method. On the other hand, the artist presents the scene in a single color tone, stripping all original colors, achieving visual purity and adding the element of mystery. Chiu’s “Code of Nature” is, in fact, the code that opens the gate to beauty.
