PAN Meng-Yao applies the characteristics of print to the same picture, he uses intaglio and relief for lines and larger color areas, and leaves the trace of the print on the picture through destructive touches; the result is the most direct reflection from his affections, and creates tactile through visual senses. Free Image is a print work made in the composition of graffiti to express the feelings of modern lives; lines in all directions signify the desires and the sublimation of emotions. This work itself is a pupation of spirit, it reflects life and denotes the conflicts of ideological freedom and restrain nowadays.
