LIANG Yi-Fen combines eastern and western painting elements, the stroke of woodcut print with the color of ink painting, and adopts the style of fauvism using bright and bold colors to present the simplicity of primitive art; the series “Black Beauty” is renowned internationally. In Fall in Dream, a woman in a blue-green patterned one piece sits comfortably and elegantly on the wooden chair, leaning her body on the table covered in purple. A black and white kitten is curled up on it, with minimalistic wall paper with vertical stripes serving as the background. LIANG Yi-Fen brings passion and the ebullient feeling of freedom to the viewers.
