ZHANG Chun-Min uses creation to record the scenery in her heart, preserving the appearance of memory in daily life. In the work, The Rainbow Grass on the Hill, rainbow-colored grass or balloons repeatedly appear in the picture. The rainbow color, along with the lines of anxiety, come to the hill, and in the dark black tree, they shine like neon lights, illuminating the surrounding area and telling a beautiful scene and vision. The transformation of the trees into simplified, childlike shapes, with lines and blocks, conveys an emotional feeling. In a childlike fantasy, ZHANG Chun-Min reassembles the memory in her mind and uses painting to reproduce a visual space of her own.
