TSAI Yuan-Huan’s works are good at managing the composition of the picture with cubism segmentation technique, showing individuals’ inner emotions and thoughts. The work, Lost Search, composes a fragmented and separated image with a form of division, interlacing and deformation. In the picture, it seems that many abstract faces, palms and other indistinguishable block shapes are interlaced, which is the space of consciousness that the artist presents through multi-faceted observations. He believes that painstaking investigation often ends up as a discussion of phenomena, which ignores the relationship between each other. TSAI Yuan-Huan uses his painting to form a dialogue with himself and explores the relationship between external objects through his multi-perspective space, thus presenting his true self.
