TSAI Yuan-Huan is skilled in partitioning techniques to manage a picture’s composition, using intersecting and overlapping figures and images to present stories of everyday life. Adjacent to Rely on depicts two figures dancing. From the work, we can somehow discern how the two dancers wave their hands and bodies, showing a dynamic interaction between them. By using irregular abstract symbolizations, TSAI Yuan-Huan uses his unique artistic approach of richly colored oil painting blocks and freestyle brushstrokes to present the dynamism and rhythmic sensations of human figures. His unique partitioning approach has presented a magical atmosphere that adds vitality to the unique style of canvas space.
