LI Cheng Hsun’s Illusion of Love is an arrangement of vertical and horizontal lines of red and white that conveys the fact that emotions are assembled by numerous essential elements. For family members, friends, lovers, and even dreams, loving emotions and warmth support creative energies, providing people with greater courage as they face the future. The orderly construct in the middle of the composition is suddenly intruded upon by a disorganized geometric form and irregular color patches and lines, representing a mental and emotional state that are difficult to predict.
