CHIANG Hung-Yi’s colored ink painting works uses minute wrinkle forms that are arranged as fractal structures in mathematics that first forms the overall rhythm of the entire composition and then creates a brilliant and harmonious landscape. Homecoming illustrates the natural landscape as night descends. Mountains and stones in their earthen tones are decorated by verdant grasses and trees of all shapes and sizes, creating a unique mountainscape with a vibrant color scheme. The arrival of night symbolizes the end of the day, with waterfowl and birds returning to their roosts and nests under moonlight.
