Vinci WENG is skilled in photo-editing to create powerful visual collages. Amusement in Street Market is a long composition of a bustling street market from a bird’s eye view. Colorful shades, umbrellas and floating balloons are scattered along the narrow work, highlighting the crowds of customers, shop owners, and cars that have clogged the entire area. At the background, we can see a carousel, temples, residential blocks, and hills set against the coast, showing cultural elements that are exclusive and native to Taiwan.
