Artist Jheng Cyuan is good at using ink and acrylic paint together to express his reflections on social issues. This work aims its commentary on people’s consumption behavior in the Internet era, dismantling many elements of the pitfalls of online buying in a relaxed and humorous manner. In the center of the picture is a treadmill, with a dung beetle loaded with shopping bags running on a track made of advertising messages. The laptop computer in front of it is constantly playing various advertisements in the dark. The floor is also covered with online shopping cartons, and there are even some shopping carts from big box stores.
