LEE Chen-Lin uses the techniques and concepts of modern fiber to reinterpret the painting elements with the theme of traditional scenery. The work, Peony Pavilion- Discovering the Portrait, is her series of creation "Touring the Garden and Looking for Dreams". The scenery in the picture is taken from a Chinese garden. During the tour around the garden, the line of sight moves with the body along the curving path, and the emotions felt from the scenes and objects are returned to the viewer's eyes with the latitude and longitude of the fiber. Through the characteristics of the fiber, the landscape covered in the snow shows a completely different texture from a painting.
