CHANG Ying-Pin is skilled in using oils to generate abstract presentations. Fei Lanzi Concerto employs olive green as the main tone to create a somber atmosphere with a hint of enigma. The artist employed his personal imaginations to simplify figurative forms and dissect them into semi-abstract color blocks supplemented by twisting lines of varying tones within the composition. In addition to exhorting the liberal rhythms, the work also generate a harmonious spatial atmosphere and a unique visual dialog with the artist.
